Private Training (1-on-1):
Work directly with a coach for a fully personalized session focused on your goals — whether that’s mastering tumbling, improving jumps, building strength and flexibility, or refining performance and technique.
Individual Skills Clinics:
Designed for individuals looking to get started with or improve their cheerleading skills — no team affiliation required! Clinics include conditioning and stretching, fortifying motions and jump technique, learning a choreographed cheer dance, and voice/projection training.
Small group sizes ensure personalized feedback and focused instruction.
